Grace is a tech policy strategist who previously served as the Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Commerce’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA).
In between government service tours, Grace held research and policy management roles at the software startup Element AI (acquired by ServiceNow in January 2021) and the non-profit Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers. She is a graduate of Wellesley College and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and volunteers as an art museum guide in Washington, DC.
