Oum el Nour is an independent NGO founded in 1989, committed to supporting individuals overcome substance abuse and developing a healthier society. Its free inpatient services — open to individuals from all regions and backgrounds — include medical care, therapy and reintegration support. This project aims to expand access to inpatient care for 40 male adults struggling with substance abuse and their families.
