Sofra’s mission is to mobilize Lebanon’s hospitality sector to deliver immediate support to families displaced by war, while sustaining local livelihoods and economic activity. By connecting donors directly to restaurants, Sofra funds meals prepared in existing kitchens and delivered through local networks. The organization operates across shelters nationwide, prioritizing areas where support gaps exist alongside the government response.
